| INGREDIENTS: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 to 2 packets TastyTrim Peach, to taste 2 tablespoons boiling water 1 canned peach half, water or diet packed. Drained and chopped |

| HOW TO PREPARE: Dissolve 1 packet TastyTrim Peach in boiling water. Let cool until at room temperature. Stir into applesauce along with chopped peach. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. If you desire a more intense sweet flavor, dissolve 1 packet into 2 tablespoons boiling water. Allow to cool before adding the mixture to the applesauce. |

Try the following: use a luncheon size plate for your dinner entrée, with just the protein occupying the plate and always garnish it with a striking color combination. A green lettuce leaf with a bright red cherry tomato. On a tiny dessert plate, place your starch. On two other little plates, place your two different colors of low calorie vegetables. Examples of these are steamed spinach for one plate and cauliflower for the other one. Steamed yellow squash for one plate while the other gets a quick stir fry red pepper. Keep your eyes busy with beautiful little dishes of food! |
