CINNAMON SWEET POTATO MASH
INGREDIENTS:
1 Can vacuum packed whole sweet potatoes
1 cup skimmed milk
2 packets TastyTrim Cinnamon
1 packet TastyTrim Vanilla
2 tablespoons lite whipped butter, room temperature
HOW TO PREPARE:
Mash contents of can until a smooth or chunky consistency. Mix milk. Bake mixture @ 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until piping hot. Remove from oven and fold in butter along with 2 packets of TastyTrim Cinnamon and 1 Packet of TastyTrim Vanilla. Serve immediately. This is a very quick alternative to starting from scratch.
