| HOW TO PREPARE: Beat 3 egg whites and 1 yolk until frothy. Dissolve 3 packets of TastyTrim Cinnamon in boiling water. Add all ingredients above and mix until smooth. Electric mixer is recommended, but not necessary. Pour mixture into 8 ovenproof dishes (4oz. custard cups). Set these into roasting pan. Fill pan with warm water so that it reaches half way up the cups. Bake in pre heated 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Check half way through baking time to see if more water is needed. Insert knife into center of custard cup, if blade is clean when removed, pumpkin is ready. Remove from water bath and allow to cool. Taste one Pumpkin Surprise for sweetness and if more is desired, sprinkle 1/2 packet on top of each cup and mix in. Use a dash of nutmeg for each surprise. Best served as a side dish to roast chicken or turkey. |
